You must wait a minimum of 6 months before petitioning for adoption.

Basic rate:	zero to $400
Children receiving SSI:	zero to $500
Children receiving HCBS In-Home Services:	zero to $500 with $200 additional approved if special needs warrant. $700 maximum.

Policy exceptions may be made pursuant to Section 7870 of the PPM. Exceptions to the amount of the monthly subsidy payment require the approval of Children and Family Services.
